Do I have to speak or turn my camera on?

How is this different from AA?

Is this only for alcohol, or other addictions too?

The IC framework applies to any behaviour driven by the Instinctual Core — alcohol, substances, food, gambling, screens, anger, anxiety. The misfiring system is the same underneath all of them. The meeting is framed around alcohol because that's where Roger's personal experience is deepest, but the tools work universally.
